Shipping Policy

At Total-Hockey Ireland, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably. Whether you're ordering from Dublin or Donegal, Cork or Kilkenny, we aim to deliver your gear with speed and care.


📦 Economy Shipping

  • Economy Shipping:
    Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.
    Delivery typically takes – 5 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping Cost: €8 flat rate.

  • Courier:
    Standard orders are delivered by An Post, with full tracking provided upon dispatch.


⚡ Express Shipping

Need it fast? Select Express Shipping at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Next working day (if ordered before 1PM, Monday–Thursday).

  • Express Shipping:
    Delivery is Next Working Day after dispatch.
  • Cost: €15 flat rate.

  • Available for most locations within the Republic of Ireland. Some remote or rural areas may require an extra day.

  • Courier:
    Express orders are shipped via DPD for fast, reliable, next-day service with tracking.

Note: Express orders placed after 1PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.


🚚 Split Location Shipping

If your order contains multiple items from different Stores, your order may arrive in separate parcels.

  • You’ll be notified if your order is split into multiple deliveries.

  • Each parcel will have its own tracking details and may arrive on different days.

  • There may be extra shipping charges for split deliveries — if you have any questions please contact us and we can help with anything!


🌍 Free Shipping

  • Free Delivery:
    Orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.
    Delivery typically takes 5 – 10 working days after dispatch.

  • Free Shipping is provided for orders over €90
  • Courier:
    Standard orders are delivered by An Post and DPD, with full tracking provided upon dispatch.



📍Click & Collect

  • Click & Collect is available from both our Locations Dublin and Banbridge.

  • You'll receive a confirmation when your order is ready, usually within 1 business day. Unless items have to be transferred to a different store.


🔄 Order Processing & Delays

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or stock availability. We'll notify you if there's any hold-up.


📦 Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.
