The Mercian Genesis 1 Legguards are for players that are developing their skills as a goalkeeper. The Genesis 1 Legguards are made from a foam that keeps you protected while staying soft and light to keep the control high.

The Genesis 1 range now has the same 'slide' skin as the Elite and Pro ranges, reducing surface friction and helping the keeper to execute slide / smother and dive skill sets.
The open cell foam has up to 4 different densities in any unit, offering fantastic protection and maximal rebound given the specifications of the foam.
During construction the foam is heated and pressure welded together, eliminating the need for any glue that could shatter or peel in high and low temperature conditions.
Creating an optimal protection, weight and durability combination for some top and intermediate club keepers. The new Genesis 1 pads mimic the shape of the Elite range.
